Our practice is mixed billing and we charge a private fee for some consultations.

We bulk bill for eligible Health Care Cards, Pension Concession Cards and Under 16 years of age.
We DO NOT Bulk Bill on Weekends. All consultations will incur a fee.
OSHC
We have an Direct Billing agreement with BUPA, AHM, IMAN, NIB and MediBank. Providing you are eligible, you will not pay any out of pocket. Please contact us prior, so that we are able to check your eligibility.
Private Health or No Medicare
Patients without Medicare Cards or where the MBS Schedule does not apply, a fee will be made to our practice in accordance to or below the AMA recommended fee. We are able to provide you with a receipt, so you can lodge your claim with your health cover provider.
Important Information
Please bring your Medicare Card, Concession Card or Private Health Fund card with you to your appointment. Our practice accepts cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card payment. We also operate TYRO, facilitating instant Medicare rebates at the practice – to utilise this service please bring a savings card with you as we are unable to refund Medicare rebates onto credit cards.
Allied Health Fees
Our clinic provides on site Allied Health Services. There may be an out of pocket expense for this service. To find out about what costs are involved with these services, please speak to reception by calling 07 3260 7525.
Vaccination Costs
Some vaccines are not covered by Medicare. If you are unsure which vaccine you require, you can speak to the doctor at your appointment. Our friendly reception team can also advise you of the cost of the vaccine you require. For more information about the National Immunisaton Schedule, click here.
Medicals
Medical Reports issued for private institutions, such as insurance or legal companies or for pre-employment purposes or for Commercial Driver’s License will attract a fee. This fee will be discussed prior to rendering any services.
Cancellation Policy
